Here you can setup automatic FTP feeds for your website data or, download our up to date product data across all brands.
We currently use the Matrixify plugin for Shopify for our feeds and we recommend you use it for the ability to sync our full product data.
Read this documentation for information on how to schedule the import of product data, we recommend setting your schedule to between 2am-5am daily.
For Woocommerce store owners, we will be creating a Woocomm specific import .csv on the first Wednesday of each month, you will find these below.
Feel free to save one of the below .XLS files as a .csv and manually update your product information, or use the Matrixify app and import all of our product data, including metafields.
We currently do not offer third party support for importing data. If you need assistance, we recommend reaching out to Dave from Freakin Awesome Media, who has built this system for us and can help you with all your Shopify needs.
It will always remain your responsibility to ensure your store's data is correct. We are not liable for incorrect prices and these product data sheets are offered as a time saver more than a source of truth.
