Overview

Built to outperform, upgrade your 2011-2016 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel powered truck with this 4-inch radius arm lift kit and FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-over conversion from BDS Suspension. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires.

Up front the lift kit includes diesel-specific FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks, heavy duty replacement radius arms, forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets.

In the rear this kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, u-bolt flip kit for max ground clearance, brake line brackets and a matching set of FOX Performance shocks.

FOX Performance Elite Coil-Over

FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks offer next level performance for on-road comfort and off-road comfort capability. Tuned and ready to install right out of the box, these bolt-on 2.5-inch diameter shocks are built for abuse and packed with race-proven technology. They include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to keep your shocks running cool so you can push the limits in the rough terrain. The DSC adjuster adds remarkable versatility and precise tuning with a simple twist of either two adjuster knobs, offering 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels, with a black anodized aluminum reservoir to increase cooling efficiency.

HD Radius Arms

In place of the factory stamped steel radius arms BDS supplies a pair of high-strength tubular radius arms. These arms mount into the factory location and offer caster adjustment for a wide range of lift heights along with an OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount for smooth, quiet, service-free operation.

Steering Correction

To optimize steering geometry once lifted, a forged drop pitman arm is used to minimize the steering angle and pair it with a heavy duty track bar drop bracket to keep them in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.

Important Notes
  1. Removal of factory block required. Rear add a leaf is required for models equipped with factory 3-7/8" block for the level to tail high stance. Single add-a-leaf kit # 113218 recommended for more level stance - Dual add-a-leaf kit # 113209 recommended for tail high stance. (Add-A-Leafs do not apply to rear leaf spring-equipped systems)
  2. If equipped with a 2-piece driveshaft, a driveshaft alignment kit (#123402) may be required.
  3. Although extremely rare, front and/or rear driveline vibration may occur.
  4. If equipped with a rear sway bar, #123009 is required.
  5. U-bolts will not work on dually.
